Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Charisma Hair. They are reserved for you. We understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

ONE DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS:

If you can your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount. We understand that emergencies and illness occur. If this is the case, please call us and you will not be charged for this type of cancellation. 

NO SHOWS:

Anyone who forgets or chooses to not attend their appointment will be charged the full amount of the service at the next appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment you will most likely need to reschedule or some incases, your appointment will be cut short. Your service you initially booked for will change. This is too accomodate for the clients who have are scheduled after you. We do understand that emergencies happen, please call to let us know.
